Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) with 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will support project managers in planning, monitoring, and executing IT/SaaS projects while ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of IT/SaaS projects.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with development, QA, implementation, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers.
• Conduct follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks and escalate them to the respective project managers.
• Organize project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action items.
• Support client communication, requirement gathering, and implementation coordination.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in UAT coordination, project delivery, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or IT project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong project documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience working on SaaS product implementation or enterprise IT projects.
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations such as DPDP Act and GDPR.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and requirement documentation.
• Experience coordinating with clients and technical implementation teams.

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
