With over 84,000 entrepreneurial professionals spread across more than 30 countries, we cater to over 700 clients, leveraging our extensive domain and technology expertise to drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Effectively manage and govern fulfillment bench management and trainings for the DU associates to address skill gaps. - Plan workforce to reduce skill gaps, ensuring meeting demand and effective deployment and utilization of DU associates. - Collaborate with key leadership to understand growth plans for the business and corresponding recruiting demand. - Coordinate with key stakeholders including Practice heads, Delivery heads, Resource Management, and recruitment teams to maximize and timely fulfill resource demand with internal associates or through external recruitment. - Own, govern, and manage the People Supply Chain for DU. - Build a positive and productive work environment for all stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, resource supply chain, and project management skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with senior management and CXO level stakeholders. - Proactive, efficient, data-driven, and consultative mindset to analyze demand, need, supply chain, and utilize the current pool across different practice units. - Develop expert knowledge of recruiting demands, training, and skills profiles.
