PMO for Construction

As a PMO for Construction & MEP at Tata Electronics, you will be overseeing the development of India's first semiconductor fabrication facility in Dholera, Gujarat. Your role will involve leading the construction of the semiconductor fab and supporting facilities, as well as managing advanced MEP operations and maintenance. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Lead MEP design, engineering, and execution for the semiconductor fab and supporting facilities. - Drive project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance throughout all phases. - Oversee the commissioning and handover of critical cleanroom and utility systems. - Direct long-term MEP operations and maintenance for precision manufacturing facilities. - Ensure adherence to world-class safety, regulatory, and quality standards. - Coordinate with EPC contractors, global design consultants, OEM vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Mentor and provide leadership to on-site technical teams across various disciplines. Qualifications: - Minimum of 20 years of experience in MEP engineering and industrial construction, preferably with exposure to cleanroom projects, semiconductors, electronics, or pharma facilities. - Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, chillers, high-purity process gases, CDA, UPW, electrical, and utility systems. - Proven leadership in greenfield projects of large scale and complexity. - Experience in multi-site O&M leadership. - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
