Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation routes, ensuring timely deliveries, managing communications with drivers, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch operations. The role also includes monitoring delivery performance, resolving logistical challenges, and supporting efficient supply chain operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to manage scheduling and ensure timely deliveries Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers and stakeholders Ability to use computer systems and software for record-keeping and tracking deliveries Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation is preferred Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve delivery issues Knowledge of local geography and transportation routes in Andhra Pradesh Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus
