C3 STS Overall experience of 12 to 15years in IT , with Minimum 5+ years of Experience as Program Manager with Hands-on experience in Managing & delivering Cloud Migration Project Project preferably AWS. Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale cloud migration programs within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on migrating existing applications to the AWS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex cloud transformation initiatives in telecom environments, ensuring seamless migration of legacy systems and applications to AWS while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. The role involves managing the migration of complex legacy telecom applications to AWS, ensuring seamless execution, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence Drive the full lifecycle of telecom cloud migration projects from planning and execution to delivery on the AWS platform. Define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams across network, infrastructure, application, and security domains to ensure alignment and accountability. Manage project risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure secure and compliant migrations. Ensure interoperability with legacy systems post-migration and support operational readiness. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the migration lifecycle. Proven experience managing complex AWS migration programs, preferably in the telecom industry. Strong understanding of telecom systems (e.g., OSS/BSS) and cloud migration best practices. Hands on knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and tools like AWS Migration Hub and CloudEndure. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
