Role Overview:

Shri Om Plywood is looking for an experienced Hot Press Operator to handle and operate plywood hot press machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the plywood industry and a strong understanding of press operations, safety standards, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor hot press machines for plywood production.
• Ensure correct temperature, pressure, and timings are maintained.
• Load and unload veneers/ply sheets into the press machine.
• Maintain production quality and check for defects in finished sheets.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working area.
• Work with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hot Press Operator (plywood industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hot press machinery and plywood manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks in a factory setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,784.53 - ₹26,850.57 per month

• Sampla, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
