Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Executive to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance of power distribution systems, motors, and related machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) electrical panels. Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, transformers, Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance on power distribution systems and AC motors. Plan and distribute manpower effectively for smooth execution of maintenance tasks. Carry out breakdown maintenance for various shop floor machines including extrusion, mixers, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot Diesel Generator (D.G.) sets up to 5*1500 KVA capacity. Operation and maintenance of 33 KV substations, compressors, cooling towers, and chiller systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, contactors, relays, breakers, control panels, and VFDs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all maintenance activities. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues promptly. Qualifications & Skills: ITI certification in Electrical or equivalent qualification. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment like motors, transformers, contactors, relays, breakers, control panels, and VFDs. Familiarity with power distribution systems, including LT and HT panels. Hands-on experience with D.G. sets, substations, HVAC systems, compressors, cooling towers, and chillers. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Good organizational and manpower management skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
