Role Overview: As a Mechanical/Civil Engineer with 2-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing systems for various types of projects such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, IT fit-outs, apartments, industries, residential, and commercial buildings. Your primary focus will be on water supply and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with NBC, SP 35, and UPC guidelines. You will utilize your expertise in Auto CAD and MS Office, with proficiency in Revit MEP being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and prepare Load Estimate, Design basis report, and space planning for plumbing systems including sanitary fixtures, water supply, drainage, rainwater & storm water management, RO Plant, Pumps, centralized hot water systems, Solar/Heat pump, and water/sewage treatment plants. - Create detailed 2D drawings for water supply and drainage, schematic/single line drawings, and sections/elevations as needed. - Prepare Material Take of Sheets, Bill of Quantities, Technical specifications, and budgetary estimates. - Manage project execution by responding to RFIs, ensuring quality reports, and obtaining necessary approvals. - Estimate water load, balance sheet, and storage requirement, overseeing the project from design to completion at the site. - Monitor site progress, reporting to management and clients as required. Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. - 2-10 years of relevant experience. - Strong problem-solving skills, leadership excellence, and ability to work collaboratively. - Adaptability to business requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Willingness to travel to clients' offices and project sites.
