Role Description We are seeking a Creative Designer Intern (Fresher) to join our Bengaluru studio on a full-time, on-site internship basis. This opportunity is perfect for aspiring designers eager to gain hands-on experience in visual storytelling, publication design, and brand communication. As a Creative Designer Intern, you will: Design layouts for magazines, business profiles, and brand narratives Collaborate with content writers and strategists to create visually compelling stories Create graphics, illustrations, and visual elements aligned with client & internal branding Support the team in developing creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital formats Contribute to photo editing, typography, and creative asset preparation Participate in brainstorming sessions and feedback cycles to refine designs This role offers exposure to end-to-end creative processes and is ideal for those passionate about design and storytelling. With a blend of design, strategy, and storytelling, we craft content that engages audiences and leaves a lasting impression. We’re looking for a skilled Videographer and Editor who can create polished, cinematic content for brand and campaign work. You’ll handle shoots, edit high-quality videos, and contribute to visual storytelling across all digital channels. What You’ll Do Shoot clean, well-framed footage for brand films, ads, events, and social content Edit cinematic videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and sound design Create motion graphics or illustrations when needed Work closely with the design and marketing teams to shape concepts Plan shoots, handle equipment, and manage end-to-end video workflows Maintain an organized library of footage and project files What We’re Looking For Proven experience in videography and cinematic video editing Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve Motion graphics or video illustration skills are a strong advantage Good understanding of lighting, framing, colour, and audio Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong visual sense Ability to handle shoots independently and meet deadlines Good to Have Experience in studio setups or product shoots Knowledge of social-first video formats and platform-specific edits Work Culture Friendly and open communication Real-time learning on live client projects Opportunities to grow into brand design, UI/UX, or creative strategy roles ✨ At Plum Berry Stories, your creativity helps shape the narratives that move people.
