Skills from Primary Skill Cluster Oracle PL/SQL(19c), Oracle Performance Tuning, Unix, DB Parameters tuning, data pump or other DB native, ETL tools, table re-org, partition setup, maintenance, swap, RDBMS- Oracle, SQL Server, MSSQL, ANSI SQL, AutoSys, Control-M, OEM tools Skills outside Primary Skill Cluster Shell scripting, Autosys, ETL Job Description: Responsibilities: Good experience in requirement gathering/ analysis, DB design, coding, Unit testing, SIT Support Engineers would need to be hands on and are capable of conversing with Architecture teams. Design, implement and maintain database system to meet business requirements. Convert the Business need in to Technical complex queries/procedures. Ability to write complex sql queries/PL SQl Code for reporting purpose. Monitor Database performance and troubleshoot issues Support all day to day activities related to database like data consolidation, data migration scripting, performance tuning. Required Skills: Having 10+ Years of strong expertise in PL/SQL programming , Oracle Database Management , DB Design/Architecture & Normalization Strong experience with Oracle 18c/19c and knowledge of Oracle database features Proficient in DB performance tuning & optimization Techniques Experience with Datawarehouse & ETL process is preferred Expertise in Data Modelling Expertise in Unix Shell Scripting Solid Experience of creating PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking and migrating complex data sets in Oracle. Experience in data migration/conversation using SQL*Loader. Experience in Data migration using import and export. Expertise in creating the indexes on tables and partitioning the table for SQL tuning purpose. Expertise in writing procedures, functions, views, materialized views as required. Responsible for performance tuning activities in the project. Having good experience on Client Interaction and Presentation Skills. Nice to have skills: Autosys, ETL Knowledge of Big Data is plus Citi or Banking experience in the Compliance domain preferred. Experience in the Agile Scrum Methodology
