Job Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid advertising and SEO/SEM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for both the agency and its clients. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical expertise to maximise ROI across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities & Duties Performance Marketing & Campaign Management: Develop and implement paid marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives. Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI with minimal overspend. SEO & SEM: Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, alt tags, site speed, indexing). Develop and execute keyword strategies for agency and client projects. Optimise campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Monitor and improve website performance metrics (page speed, mobile optimisation, indexing). Analytics & Reporting: Set up and manage tracking systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, UTM parameters). Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Benchmark campaign results against industry standards and identify growth opportunities. Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with design, content, and tech teams to create high-performing creatives and SEO-driven content. Align campaign messaging with brand positioning and client requirements. Explore and test new growth opportunities such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead-generation funnels. Document campaign learnings and contribute to creating a performance marketing playbook. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing (SEO + Paid Media). Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (agency/startup experience preferred). Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio. Proficiency in Ad Content Creation. Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) In-depth knowledge of SEO fundamentals, paid acquisition strategies, and growth experiments. Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
