PLM Solutioning Leader

As an accomplished and dynamic COE Solution Lead specializing in PLM and digital continuity/digital twin solutions, your role will be pivotal in our solutioning team. With over 12 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly on platforms like Siemens Teamcenter PLM, you will lead successful end-to-end PLM implementations. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the development of PLM solution frameworks following industry best practices - Owning and driving all development, enhancements, and utilization in project execution & delivery - Standardizing and industrializing common solutions and frameworks from Teamcenter projects - Conducting knowledge sharing sessions on Siemens roadmap and upcoming solution improvements - Providing transformative strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client expectations - Recommending tailored PLM solutions aligned with client requirements - Crafting detailed, customized proposals for RFIs, RFPs, and other client inquiries - Formulating and implementing robust solution strategies with pre-sales & sales teams - Creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating resource allocation, and managing risks effectively - Staying updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics Our ideal candidate will have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering - Minimum 17 years of experience in the PLM domain with expertise in related technologies and NPD/NPI processes - Experience in greenfield PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM - Knowledge of PLM cloud migration, SaaS-based PLM solutions, ALM platforms, PLM data migration, and digital continuity concepts - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Exposure to pre-sales functions, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical mindset - Ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings and independent initiatives Additionally, experience in PLM consulting will be advantageous.
