PLM (Infor Optiva) Consultant

As a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expert with hands-on experience in Infor Optiva, you will be joining a digital transformation journey in manufacturing. Your role will involve designing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise-wide PLM systems, turning product data into business insights, and making a real impact from innovation to production. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, configure, and maintain Infor Optiva PLM systems (v12.13 and above) across enterprise manufacturing operations. - Design and manage workflows, approval processes, wizards, enumerated lists, rules, and script libraries to support R&D, quality, and regulatory teams. - Interface Optiva with ERP systems like SAP and tools such as Informatica, using custom integrations and data migrations. - Build and maintain dynamic reports using Crystal Reports and Excel-based templates via EPPlus. - Lead or support data loading, validation, and system migrations for new plants or product lines. - Work closely with business stakeholders across R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain to capture requirements and deliver tailored PLM solutions. **Skills & Experience Were Looking For:** - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Optiva PLM. - Strong grasp of product formulation, specification, labeling, and compliance in industries like food & beverage or chemicals. - Technical expertise in VBScript, Java, SQL, Oracle, and integration technologies like Web Methods or Informatica. - Experience in workflow development, report configuration, and data analytics in PLM. - Exposure to product development lifecycle, from ideation to manufacturing release. - Strong understanding of regulatory, nutritional, or material safety standards is a plus. **Education:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
