Relevant work experience. In handling of maintenance activities onboard the yachts. Maintenance of yachts Meeting compliances Co-ordination and liaison with internal and external parties Maintaining records and documents Customer Relationship Management. Implementation and Documentation of Kaizens Maintenance of inboard and outboard engines Maintenance of hydraulic gear box Maintenance of DG sets Maintenance of air conditioning system Maintenance of winches, pumps and other accessories installed onboard the yachts. Attending complaints on board when yachts at sea Carry out modifications in systems, installations as per the requirement and maintain records. Carry out all types of activities required for making the yacht ready for launchings, sailing, cruising. Spares and inventory management. To ensure all material paint, antifouling, varnish, metals, spares for engine and generator, other miscellaneous items required for painting and other material as per the instructions is available to complete the required activity Liaison with MbPT and other agencies for completing formalities required for launchings and withdrawals of the yachts. Liaison with MbPT, Customs, Police, and Immigration Office for completing formalities required for cruising. Co-ordinate and liaison with external agencies for various surveys of the yacht and fulfilling all requirements. Meeting all compliances required for safety equipment, safety surveys, registry, licenses, etc. and maintaining records. Facilitating required support to Tindals for shifting yachts during severe weather conditions Safety, Housekeeping, Record keeping. And its updating. Documentation and Implementation of Kaizen related procedures and systems.
