We’re looking for a Player Experience Associate who knows our game inside-out and is passionate about creating “WOW “ moments for players. You’ll be the voice of Hitwicket – chatting with users, solving real issues, and turning feedback into action.

You’ll be our frontline for user support and our voice in player communities – ensuring every Hitwicket player feels heard, helped, and hyped.
At Hitwicket (stalk us @ hitwicket.com) we are on a mission to be THE game for Cricket. Think FIFA and Football. In pursuance of our mission, we have secured a Series A funding of $3 Million from Prime Ventures (Investors in MyGate, Happay, HackerEarth, etc.) PS - We are the only company in the world where creative problem-solving is actually fun & games.

What You’ll Do: 1. Be the first responder! Promptly reply to user tickets and queries across email, Discord, WhatsApp, and more
Talk to our players and solve their issues with empathy and speed
Work with the product team to run user interviews and gather feedback from the community
Escalate bugs and repeat issues to the right teams and follow up till they’re fixed
Help streamline support flows and reduce response time – we love fast, clear support!
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are an active Hitwicket player and know the game’s ins and outs
Can write clear, friendly responses in English (bonus if you're great at explaining things simply)
Are based in Hyderabad or are open to relocate and working from our office
Are comfortable working rotational weekends (Tue–Sat, Wed–Sun, etc.)
Bonus Points If:
You’ve helped other players before, maybe in Discord or other game communities
You’ve worked in support, community, or similar roles
You're proactive, organized, and good at juggling multiple conversations at once
