What You’ll Do:
Onboard new VIP players with welcome perks, Discord invites, and alliance placements.
Surprise and delight VIPs with personalized rewards, shout-outs, and exclusive perks.
Keep a regular touchpoint calendar to stay connected with VIPs.
Encourage VIPs to create content, referrals, and social posts that spread their love for Hitwicket.
Build exclusive VIP spaces (Discord, WhatsApp, in-game clubs) and organize tournaments, challenges, and meetups.
Identify high-potential players and convert them into VIPs.
Reactivate churned VIPs through personalized outreach and campaigns.
Share player feedback and insights with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.

Write clear, friendly, and engaging communication in English.
Are proactive and organized — you thrive on building relationships and tracking details.
Are based in Hyderabad or open to relocate and work from our office.
How Your Success Will Be Measured:
Growth in the total number of active VIP players.
Number of churned VIPs reactivated weekly/monthly.
Increase in VIP engagement and/or in-game spending.
Growth and activity in VIP-exclusive spaces and events.
Impact of referrals, UGC, and social amplification driven by VIPs.
