Plaur — AI Growth Manager for Shopify

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Outreach & Community Marketing Specialist to help grow Plaur , an AI Growth Manager built for Shopify merchants. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with Shopify merchants, agencies, and developers , increasing Plaur’s visibility across online communities, and helping grow our social media presence through valuable, educational content. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and building organic growth through community engagement — we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Reach out to Shopify merchants, marketing agencies, and developers to promote Plaur and drive early access sign-ups. Actively engage and post on Shopify Community, Reddit, and other eCommerce forums . Create and schedule educational content for Plaur’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook). Identify and collaborate with potential partners, influencers, or micro-communities in the Shopify ecosystem. Write authentic, helpful posts that attract attention without sounding salesy. Plan and manage a consistent content calendar to increase visibility and engagement. Requirements: Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem — you know where merchants and developers hang out online. Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. Experience engaging in community-driven marketing (Reddit, forums, Facebook Groups, or LinkedIn). Comfortable managing multiple social channels and posting consistently. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus: Experience with SaaS, eCommerce, or Shopify app marketing.
