Operations Incharge – Logistics (EV & Last-Mile Delivery) We’re looking for a smart, hands-on Operations Incharge to manage daily logistics operations, drivers, and fleet efficiency for our growing EV & ICE vehicle network. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute daily vehicle dispatches & routes • Supervise drivers/DCDs, ensure discipline & performance • Monitor fleet readiness, maintenance & documentation • Coordinate with clients for schedules, PODs & service quality • Track operations data – fuel, mileage, uptime, and costs • Ensure compliance, safety & timely reporting Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in logistics/transport operations • Strong leadership, coordination & problem-solving skills • Knowledge of fleet management, GPS tracking & Excel/TMS tools • Willingness to be on-ground and manage real-time challenges To Apply send your resume to; 📨: info@platinumtrucking.in 📞: +919874019194
