Role Overview: The General Manager – Plant Operations & Systems will be responsible for restructuring and running factory operations end-to-end. Key tasks include setting up SOPs and reporting systems, and team management (supervisors, QC, accounts coordination, marketing coordination). The GM will design and implement structure, ensure on-time deliveries, reduce customer complaints, improve machine uptime, and bring accountability and discipline across the plant.
