Plastic Surgeon- part time/Freelance

As an experienced and skilled Freelance Plastic Surgeon, you will collaborate with our clinic on a flexible, percentage-based revenue model. You will perform both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, benefiting from the clinic's infrastructure, support staff, and patient flow. This partnership offers professional independence with income flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Perform surgical and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures such as Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Breast augmentation/reduction/lift, Abdominoplasty (Tummy tuck), Facelifts, blepharoplasty, and other facial surgeries, Scar revision, mole removal, etc. - Provide pre-operative consultations, patient education, and surgical planning. - Conduct post-operative follow-ups to ensure proper healing and patient satisfaction. - Collaborate with the clinic team for patient intake, surgical scheduling, and aftercare. - Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards. - Follow clinic protocols to contribute to a safe, sterile surgical environment. Qualifications & Requirements: - MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Plastic Surgery or equivalent recognized specialization. - Valid medical license to practice in India. - Minimum 3-5 years of independent surgical experience preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. - Strong communication, patient handling, and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules. Compensation: - Flexible percentage-based revenue sharing model (cuts to be discussed case-by-case). - No fixed salary, income based on procedures performed. - Clinic provides infrastructure, OT facilities, nursing support, consumables (negotiable), and patient sourcing. Working Conditions: - Freelance position with flexibility in availability and surgical scheduling. - Required to follow clinic hours for patient consultations and procedures as agreed. - May include weekend or evening cases depending on patient demand.
