Plastic Injection Moulding - Fresher & Experience

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Technician with 1+ years of experience to set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of thermoplastics, mold changes, and troubleshooting molding issues to ensure smooth and quality-driven production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and start up injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform mold changes and machine adjustments per production needs.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain part quality.
• Troubleshoot machine, mold, and quality issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in injection molding operations.
• Good understanding of thermoplastics, molding defects, and process controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
