Role & responsibilities Preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds Troubleshooting moulding defects Mould repair, fitting, polishing, and assembly Maintain mould history and maintenance records Support production team for smooth operations Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables Continuous improvement and productivity support Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Plastic Engineering 3 to 5 years experience in tool room maintenance (preferably injection moulding) Knowledge of tool room machines and measuring instruments Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team
