Job Description

Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines.
Set up moulds and tools for production runs.
Perform machine start-up, shut-down, and changeover procedures.
Ensure proper machine settings for cycle time, temperature, pressure, and other parameters.
Conduct first-piece inspection and quality checks during production.
Troubleshoot moulding defects such as short shots, flash, burn marks, etc.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
Maintain production records, reports, and logs accurately.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Work closely with the quality team and production supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
