We are seeking a quality engineer with specific experience in the Plastic Injection Molding industry to enhance the quality of our operational processes and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and identifying corrective actions. Collaborating with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures is also a key aspect of the role. As a quality engineer, you must possess exceptional troubleshooting skills to ensure that processes and products consistently adhere to established ISO-9001-2015 quality standards. Additionally, you will be required to have a degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering, or CIPET, along with 3-5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar field. Proficiency in ISO standards implementation and strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent project management abilities are also necessary to review systems and processes for continuous improvements and efficiencies. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka; therefore, reliable commuting or relocation is required before commencing work. The ideal candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience.
