About the Role We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to take ownership of our product documentation and ensure it consistently meets high standards of clarity, accuracy, and usability. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to produce and maintain documentation for new product releases, updates, and technical processes. This is a remote position open to applicants worldwide. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain end-to-end documentation for product releases. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly content. Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product quality standards. Develop guidelines and templates to improve documentation processes. Review and edit contributions from team members to maintain a single, high-quality voice across all materials. Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and evolving product functionality. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software, open-source, or technology-driven environment. Strong ability to write, structure, and edit content for technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with GitHub, markdown, and documentation-as-code practices. Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage documentation workflows remotely.
