The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. The role includes managing daily accounting operations, reconciling accounts, handling tax compliance, and supporting audits in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies. Maintain and update books of accounts (Tally/Excel/ERP). Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers. Handle bank reconciliation, journal entries, and ledger maintenance. Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing monthly financial statements. Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. Prepare payroll and related financial reports. Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records. Support management in decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
