Roles and Responsibilities Assist in production activities, ensuring efficient plant operations and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues related to machinery and equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Prepare reports on plant performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all aspects of work. Desired Candidate Profile B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication field (or equivalent). 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of SACADA software for designing control systems; knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) principles preferred. Familiarity with Plant Operations & Maintenance procedures; ability to learn quickly about new technologies.
