Upholding health and safety regulations and promoting a clean work environment are vital aspects of this role. Collaboration with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments is essential for seamless operations. Additionally, training, guiding, and evaluating the performance of production staff will be part of your duties. Implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing industry is required. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in production planning and knowledge of quality standards are necessary. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols is also crucial. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge are desirable attributes. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work in person at the designated location. As part of the benefits package, cell phone reimbursement is provided.
