Job Description

As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the analysis of information and specifying methods and process steps for designing and continuously improving manufacturing or materials processes. This includes determining the plant, machinery, and equipment required to deliver the end product within specified cost and quality parameters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the design of engineering solutions and designing feasibility testing approaches - Supporting the development and validation of engineering solutions - Assisting in drafting engineering standards and specifications - Conducting inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and existing installations - Collating and analyzing data using preset tools and methods - Identifying shortcomings in existing processes and implementing change management programs - Working within project management plans to achieve specific goals - Developing your own capabilities through assessment, training, and coaching - Supporting knowledge management systems to help others maximize their use - Carrying out product development and engineering activities - Interpreting data and identifying possible solutions - Building effective working relationships within the internal client organization - Following health, safety, and environment policies to identify and mitigate risks - Identifying shortcomings in manufacturing processes and developing methods to address them Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in engineering technology - Ability to execute engineering designs using appropriate methods, tools, processes, and software - Aptitude for achieving engineering development targets using the right methods and tools - Capability of producing technical engineering specifications and related materials - Expertise in testing, evaluating, and improving engineering outcomes - Skill in sequencing and scheduling tasks into a project plan - Ability to build engineering solutions and provide technical guidance - Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and finance tasks Qualifications required for this role include: - B.
