Plant Senior Accounts Manager in Halol for a leading MNC manufacturing organization We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization that identifies Senior Talent for our clients who are World-Renowned MNCs and Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and India. Client Profile : Our clients are a leading MNC Manufacturing organization with operations and plants across India and ambitious growth plans. Role Purpose : Our clients seek an accomplished Plant Senior Accounts Manager to take ownership of the finance function at the Halol site. This role ensures timely compliance with statutory returns, taxes, product costing, and general financial transactions. The objective is to maintain accurate and compliant financials for the Halol plant while adhering to the Group's policies, processes, and core values. Job Description 1. Ensure accurate GST computation, timely payment, and regulatory compliance, including GST R9/9C filings and audits. 2. Maintain proper financial records, oversee tax assessments, and manage relations with government bodies. 3. Develop and monitor the plant's capex budget, ensuring approvals, procurement, and capitalization. 4. Conduct periodic asset verification and audits. Supervise ERP (D365) training, accounts management, and compliance with financial policies. 5. Oversee ESIC returns, purchase approvals, and inventory control. 6. Lead competency development, team engagement, and performance management to drive efficiency, accountability, and growth. 7. Ensure smooth financial operations while aligning with corporate policies and statutory obligations. Candidate Profile 1.CA/ICWA with 12-15 years of experience with at least 6 years in plant finance & accounting in a mid-sized company. 2. Experience in Factory accounting, GST regulations, product costing, and financial reporting. 3. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industry trends, and competition. 4. Contract Act, IFRS reporting, ERP systems, and process improvements. 5. Analytical Abilities: Financial analysis, operating statement preparation, and compliance management. 6. Process Improvement: Experience in projects and driving efficiency enhancements The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
