Job Profile Analysing, Requirements Gathering, Designing and Implementing Solutions along with functionals leads in areas like Supply chain, Sales and distribution, Material management, logistics, Production planning, Quality Management, Warehousing and capturing business requirement/pain points. Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear goals, milestones, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the business requirements and objectives. Manage project Go live preparations, cut over activities and support in Go-live Undertake Users' Training and guide them to resolve issues related to user adoption Work with SAP and other digital partners for the implementation Candidate Profile Education: BE/BTech or Diploma in B.E/Diploma Specialization in Chemical /Mechanical/industrial OR Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline with MBA Should have worked in manufacturing organization in SAP support team with end-to-end project implementation experience of minimum 10 years. Out of this, at least 08 years hands on SAP implementation or sustenance ( i.e. FICO/SD/PP/MM). Familiarity with web portal applications and mobile application functionalities, development integration with SAP in the areas such as Vendor portals, Transportation management , Banking Applications, Procure to Pay, customer experience application Good understanding in Business Process Optimization using SAP and other digital tools in collaboration with the business and manufacturing teams, digital partners to enable the digital transformation. Competency in stakeholder management with Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
