Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Role Objective: The Plant General Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and safety of all CNC machines, utilities, and plant infrastructure. This role involves leading a maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CNC Machine & Equipment Maintenance: - Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machining centers (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis), VMCs, HMCs, Turning Centers. - Coordinate with OEM service teams for AMC and major overhauls. - Maintain auxiliary systems like tool presetters, coolant filtration systems, air compressors, chip conveyors.

2. Utilities & Infrastructure Maintenance: - Power distribution systems (Panels, Transformers, DG Sets). - Compressed air systems. - HVAC systems. - Water, RO, ETP/STP systems. - Civil maintenance: flooring, drainage, lighting, safety barriers.

3. Preventive Maintenance (PM) & TPM: - Develop and execute Annual & Monthly PM schedules. - Implement lubrication systems and spares planning. - Maintain machine history cards. - Track MTTR and MTBF.

4. Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians.

5. Housekeeping, Safety, Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure 5S and housekeeping compliance. - Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, fire safety compliance. - Maintain statutory compliance with regulatory authorities. - Prepare SOPs, PM checklists, and breakdown reports.

6. Spares & Vendor Management: - Plan and control spare parts inventory. - Manage local vendors and OEM service providers. - Control maintenance costs.

7. Support to Production & Quality: - Ensure minimal production downtime. - Support machine installation, commissioning, and process validation. Experience Requirements: - 6–15 years in CNC machine maintenance. Working Conditions: - Shift work with emergency on-call availability. - Exposure to machine shop environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
