Plant Engineer Product & Process

As a Process Design Engineer, you will contribute to the analysis of information and specification of methods and process steps required to continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes. Your role will involve designing engineering solutions, drafting engineering standards, carrying out inspections, and analyzing data to ensure product delivery within specified cost and quality parameters. You will identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, utilizing change management programs to address them. Working within established project management plans, you will develop your personal capabilities through training and coaching, maintaining an understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices. Collaborating with internal clients, you will build effective working relationships, deliver high-quality professional services, and contribute to product development and engineering activities. Additionally, you will follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Your expertise in engineering technology, design, development, specification, testing, project schedule management, and costing/budgeting will be essential in achieving engineering targets effectively. With a minimum educational requirement of B. Tech / BE or equivalent level and at least 6 years of experience, you will work independently, providing technical guidance as needed on various engineering tasks to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,
