Plant Engineer

* ROLE PURPOSE

Assist in the overall operations in the plant including troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and preventive maintenance under the supervision of the Plant Manager

* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational

- Achieve the targeted production, productivity, utilisation, efficiency, quality, yield, cost of production

- Co-ordinate with marketing for orders and development of new customers etc.

- Daily planning of material to be produced to adhere to the dispatch schedule

- Ensure plant maintenance and maximise availability and uptime of plant equipment

- Participate in the implementation of new initiatives

Technology

Encourage higher level of automation and IT enablement in the plant.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering - Mechanical / Chemical
