Within our Consumer Goods Division, we focus on enabling brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide to deliver safe, high-quality, and ethically produced goods to consumers. Our inspectors, auditors, and lab technicians work diligently each day to ensure the products you use in your daily life meet strict standards, ranging from clothing, toys, and electronics to appliances and furniture. As part of our operations team, your primary responsibility will be to support our front-line auditor teams by addressing administrative matters. You will play a key role in validating audit orders received from clients, creating audit protocols aligned with our procedures and client specifications, maintaining internal databases, and collaborating with field auditors and our New Delhi office team to address operational challenges effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a college degree, demonstrate a strong command of English, and have 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field with exceptional English proficiency. Additionally, proficiency in computer skills, the ability to work swiftly, and a proactive approach to personal development will be advantageous in this position.
