Planning Lead

Role & responsibilities

Looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to lead the design, planning, Cost leadership and operations of the Last Mile function.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Last Mile operations strategy and execution• Lead the cost optimisation charter• Drive manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency• Design scalable operating models and process improvements• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, category, tech, HR, and business teams• Build strong governance mechanisms and performance tracking frameworks• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and design thinking approaches• Ensure high service levels, customer experience, and cost optimization• Lead large teams and foster a high-performance operations culture
