Planner/Scheduler II - Construction Site

As a Planner/Scheduler II at Worley, your role will involve working closely with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Being responsible for the Construction Planning at the site - Preparing plans and schedules for Construction projects - Addressing Planning requirements and performing monitoring/control functions at the project site - Contributing to the enhancement of existing planning and progress monitoring systems - Reviewing contractor programs and schedules in compliance with the contract and initiating corrective measures - Preparing and publishing MIS reports, analysis for schedule trends, etc. - Communicating and addressing key issues - Coordinating with various stakeholders To excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical stream - Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project, along with proficiency in the MS Office package - Relevant experience of working with a PMC/EPCM Company and/or Tier-1 LSTK companies in refinery or petrochemical projects (Brownfield project experience will be an added advantage) Worley is a global professional services company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources, headquartered in Australia.
