Planner (Solar Project)

Job Summary:

The Planner – Solar Project is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and work plans for solar power projects. This includes planning timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) for solar EPC or O&M phases
• Monitor project progress and report variances to project management
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align plans
• Track milestones, critical paths, and dependencies
• Participate in project meetings and update schedule forecasts
• Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Support claims or extension of time (EOT) analysis where applicable
• Ensure resource leveling and optimization across tasks
• Support planning integration between civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,318.69 - ₹40,433.18 per month
