Planner (5–9 Years’ Experience)
Location: Delhi
Role Summary
As Planner, you’ll own the category P&L. You’ll translate vision into numbers, ensuring the right stock is in the right channel at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OTB, ASP, margins, and vendor capacity.
Drive inventory hygiene: monitor DOH, ACP, and stock freshness.
Partner with Buyer to balance fashion bets with repeat lines.
Optimize distribution across retail, online, and marketplaces.
Track performance against AOP, drive SSG and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Profile
3–5 years’ experience in planning/merchandising/retail finance, ideally in fashion or accessories.
Highly analytical with strong Excel/Pivot/BI tool expertise.
Strong business acumen with ability to balance numbers and product intuition.
Structured problem solver and detail-oriented.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Business, or Finance.
