Sales Manager SPACE GROUP For Karjat and Chembur Industry Experience: Real Estate - 1 to 3 years Salary: Rs. 20,000-40,000/- onwards per month + Incentive Location: Karjat and Chembur (Immediate) Job Description Responsibilities of candidates include: • Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers. • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible. • Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems. Roles & Responsibilities:  Handling Telesales Inbound & Outbound calls, Calling prospective clients, and explaining the products.  Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for site visits.  Handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.  Should give the clients detailed information about the projects over the telephone.  Experience in Tele Marketing to call the customer to explain the project Features  Follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales  The person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.  Calling new & existing clients (Lead Generation)  Explain different advertising packages to clients  Maintain Client database  Maintain good client relation  Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives  Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.  Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Requirements • Should be self-motivated & target oriented • Good Communication skills • Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)

Telecalling Executive karjat 2 - 31 years INR 1.92 - 3.48 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time
