Position: Plant Head Location: Phagi, Rajasthan Company: (A leading global recycler of Lead, Aluminium, Plastics, and Rubber) Experience: 15-20 years Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations & Production Management Oversee 24/7 manufacturing activities ensuring uninterrupted production flow. Monitor production schedules, ensure capacity utilization, minimize downtime, and meet daily/monthly targets. Implement world-class manufacturing practices like TPM, Lean, Six Sigma to improve OEE and efficiency. Process & Technology Optimization Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and energy efficiency. Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions including MES, SCADA, and digital tracking tools. Resolve bottlenecks in coordination with R&D and Engineering teams. Safety, Compliance & Sustainability Enforce ZERO harm safety culture across all departments; adhere to EHS standards (OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). Optimize raw material utilization, minimize process wastage, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Track plant KPIs, review variance analysis, and report to corporate leadership. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across production, QA/QC, maintenance, stores, and dispatch. Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, skill development, and succession planning. Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage innovation at all levels. Stakeholder & Strategic Alignment Act as a key liaison between plant operations and corporate management. Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure business continuity. Align operational strategies with organizational goals and expansion plans. The position ensures robust execution of financial controls, timely reporting, standardization of accounting practices, compliance with internal and external regulations, and alignment with the strategic financial objectives of the organization.
