Develop strategic partnerships with startups, MNCs, and IT companies in Bengaluru to ensure maximum hiring. Organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events . Collaborate with industry partners for guest lectures, expert sessions, and mentorship programs . Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in training & placements in a reputed university/educational institution. Strong HR and recruiter network, especially in Bengaluru , with proven industry relationships. Demonstrated success in placing students in top-tier companies . Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills . Ability to organize large-scale recruitment drives, workshops, and career programs . Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve career success. Engaging alumni networks to create more placement opportunities. 7 Data & Reporting Skills Maintaining placement records, tracking student progress, and preparing reports . Using data-driven insights to improve placement success rates . 8 Understanding of AI, ML & Emerging Technologies (Preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with the job roles, industry requirements, and hiring trends in AI, ML, LLM, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Cyber Security.
