Job Summary:

The Placement Executive is responsible for coordinating student internships, industrial training, and on-the-job training (OJT) programs. The role involves communication with students, area managers, and stores to ensure smooth placement operations, documentation, and support throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate student internship, ITP, and OJT placement processes.
• Collect students’ preferred locations and finalize store allocations in coordination with Area Managers.
• Prepare and issue joining letters and communicate allocation details to concerned stores.
• Maintain and update Excel records of student placements, store capacity, and NOC details.
• Handle student transfer requests, complaints, and other placement-related queries.
• Collect and verify bank details for stipend processing and confirm monthly disbursements.
• Counsel students and parents regarding placement opportunities outside hometowns.
• Conduct pre-placement orientation sessions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with students for photographs and marketing materials.
• Submit daily work reports and monthly stipend status updates to reporting authorities.

Requirements:

• Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in placement coordination, or administrative roles (freshers can apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact with students and managers effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
