Storekeeper at PKR Woodtec LLP (Furniture Manufacturing) Location: Tamil Nadu, India About PKR Woodtec LLP PKR Woodtec LLP is a leading furniture manufacturing company based in Tamil Nadu, dedicated to producing high-quality, innovative furniture products. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our store/warehouse. The Role: Storekeeper As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and record-keeping of materials, components, and finished goods crucial to our furniture manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of raw materials, components, tools, and finished products. Material Handling: Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, and arrange for proper storage. Issuance: Issue materials and components to production departments based on approved requisitions. Record Keeping: Utilize digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to meticulously track stock levels, movements, and discrepancies. Physical Verification: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records. Order & Safety: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within a manufacturing or woodworking/furniture industry. Technical Proficiency (Mandatory): Advanced User of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, use formulas (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and maintain detailed inventory logs digitally. Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred. Compensation and Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise). Accommodation: Provided by the company.
