Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts. Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives. Promote a positive workplace culture and atmosphere. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Support managers in conducting performance evaluations. Provide guidance on handling underperformance and disciplinary actions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with HR laws and regulations, including labor laws, health and safety, and workers compensation. Prepare and maintain accurate employee records. Training & Development: Help identify training needs for employees and coordinate learning programs. Assist in the development of internal training materials. Support employee career development and growth opportunities. Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.). Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation reviews. Handle employee questions related to benefits and payroll. HR Administration: Maintain HR systems and employee databases. Prepare HR reports and documents as required by senior management. Provide administrative support to HR team and leadership.
