We work across academic, STM, educational, and corporate publishing domains, delivering end-to-end digital production services. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled InDesign Paginator/Compositor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and a keen eye for layout precision, typography, and consistency . You will be responsible for creating, styling, and formatting pages according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality print and digital outputs. Key Responsibilities: Perform typesetting and page layout using Adobe InDesign. Work with templates, style sheets, and XML-based workflows . Ensure accuracy in text flow, fonts, alignment, and formatting . Handle proof corrections and revisions efficiently. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines . Maintain quality and consistency across all projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and related tools . Understanding of XML, HTML, and prepress processes (preferred). Experience in book/journal pagination or educational publishing . High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset. Ability to work independently or as part of a team . Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills: Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW . Knowledge of math typesetting, equations, or multilingual pagination . Familiarity with automation scripts or InDesign plug-ins . What We Offer: Work on international publishing projects .
