Coordinate with doctors, trainers, guest faculty, and internal teams for smooth session execution. Ensure all course materials, kits, instruments, and equipment are arranged before each class. Oversee logistics for hands-on sessions, workshops, and clinical demonstrations. Maintain student attendance, assessments, certificates, and feedback records. 3. Marketing & Promotion Support Assist in promoting new batches, workshops, and programs on social media (optional). Support marketing team with student testimonials, photographs, and event updates. Participate in on-ground events, exhibitions, and dentist outreach campaigns when required. 4.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare, Management, or Dental background preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, counselling, or administration. Strong communication skills — English verbal & written. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with dentists, faculty, and students.
