The ideal candidates will have 35 years of relevant experience in the electrical panel manufacturing industry and possess strong technical and project execution skills. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the manufacturing, servicing, and commissioning of LT and HT Panels * Carry out design, costing, and estimation for electrical control panels * Prepare detailed AutoCAD / EPLAN design drawings * Manage VFD, PLC, and automation system integration * Provide on-site supervision, testing, and execution support for projects Candidate Profile: * Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering * Experience: 35 years (preferably in panel manufacturing) * Location Preference: Candidates from West Bengal * Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and experience We offer a professional work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
