Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Kochi, Kerala The Collections Manager will oversee the collections process, develop strategies to improve recovery rates, and manage a team of collection agents Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collections, and negotiating payment arrangements with clients The role also involves preparing regular reports on collection activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Preferred candidate profile 3 - 8 Years of experience in Secured Collection Graduation is mandatory
