Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Head to lead the diagnostics vertical, driving growth through corporate health camps, B2B tie-ups with labs, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep experience in B2B healthcare sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong client relationships while managing teams and targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the B2B diagnostics vertical, focusing on corporate and institutional tie-ups. Drive health camp outreach programs for corporates, logistics firms, manufacturing units, and underserved communities. Identify and onboard new partner labs, clinics, and healthcare institutions for collaboration. Own revenue and growth targets for B2B diagnostics and corporate health camp initiatives. Manage a growing sales and operations team focused on execution, client management, and lead generation. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and ops teams to enhance partner experience. Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and pitches tailored to B2B partners. Represent PIQYU HEALTH in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand visibility. Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, health-tech, or medical devices. Strong network in Hyderabad and surrounding regions in the healthcare ecosystem. Proven track record of driving corporate sales and managing large accounts. Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits.
